Open Positions
As a Ping Identity DevOps Engineer, You Will:
- Deploy, manage, and automate Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory) in various environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and release processes.
- Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams to integrate identity solutions with enterprise apps.
- Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and ensure platform availability and performance.
- Contribute to configuration management, upgrade planning, and patch automation.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, preferably in IAM environments.
- Proven experience with the Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Strong grasp of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, and related protocols.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python) and comfortable with Linux.
- Java development exposure is a plus for advanced integration/customization tasks.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
